  Dr. Neal and his staff pay attention to what is important. For 9 years he's been able to explain to me what should be considered normal when kids are sick. When something is wrong, he is very quick to action. He's quiet, but if you ask the right questions, he'll tell you anything you want to know about why he doesn't see your concerns the same way you do. And he's very good at being better at medicine than the "i know all" parent.
