  wow! I was excited to have found this kennels website and they looked very professional. Upon calling them to schedule a visit and spend a bit of time getting to know the trainers and facility to make sure it was the right fit I was astounded by how rude and down right awful I was treated! The women made a point that all their clients just drop off their dogs and pick them up weeks later without a consultation- sorry but I was hoping to know if mine be treated with respect so clearly if this women can't respectfully schedule my visit or take my money to spend time with a trainer I am very glad she won't be getting my pup!
